  6.        This Shareware version of PropMan is a functioning property management 
  7.    system. You may give complete, unmodified copies to anyone you wish with the 
  8.    following conditions, 1) you may not charge for the programs and, 2) you may 
  9.    not change or remove any files on the disks.  
  10.  
  11.        The Shareware PropMan will do property management accounting and record 
  12.    keeping for individual owners with up to 50 rental units. There are also 
  13.    larger versions with additional features for larger owners and management 
  14.    companies. For information on any of these call or write PropMan.

  16.        Disks 1 and 2 contain the PropMan software. Disk 3 is documentation and 
  17.    a self-running demo. PropMan or the demo must be installed on a hard drive 
  18.    before they can be run. The documentaion on disk 3 can be examined or 
  19.    printed directly from the distribution disk.

  21.        To install PropMan, install the demo or print the documentation mount 
  22.    disk 1 and run PMINSTAL.
